Holiday Inn Express Raleigh-Durham Airport, an IHG Hotel

had a super early flight so I didn't get breakfast but the room was stellar. SO clean! It had a wonderful fresh smell, not a disinfectant smell. The Shower was super clean and the water pressure was fab. Love that extra thick shower mat, and the pump dispensers in the shower instead of bar soap & shampoo/conditioner bottles. The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable, & the linens were So soft & cushy...the coffee was surprisingly tasty & very welcome at 4:30 am! The day was humid & very hot so that A/C felt fantastic! Parking was a tad full due to construction work but you could still find a light to park near. The best part was check in with Mandie, who was super helpful and ever so friendly, smiling & polite. Easy morning check out. Very close to RDU , but a little construction also at the entry road, so be careful. Thanks much!

Breakfast was good. Location close to Arringdon eye clinic.

Super clean. Comfortable bed. Modern bathroom w large, walk-in shower w plenty of water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get on and off the highway. Though it's near the airport, it was very quiet.

Fran is the employee who earned this high rating. We arrived at 11 pm and another employee said there wasn't room for our party of 6 on the 4 am shuttle. We hunted all night for a shuttle. When we went down the next morning, Fran phoned and found us a shuttle, got us there early and even helped my diabetic, elderly mom find a snack to bring up her blood sugar. Fran is fantastic!

Location, cleanliness, and Jasmin. She assisted me over the phone with some concerns that I had prior to my arrival and she was there on my arrival date. she was very pleasant, kind, attentive, and helped me with all of my concerns.
